A newly-arrived Native Welfare officer gave this description of one of Pindan’s seed camps. Note his reference to the McLeod/Mitchell group, indicating Mitchell’s prominent role in the organisation. Massey, together with his wife Lily, cared for children in a ‘kids’ camp.
